What is Buytodaypaylater?

How to place an order?

The customer needs to search and select the product they want to buy and add it to the cart. Then they have to proceed to checkout fill out the personal details or make their account. After that, they can choose the payment method that they would like to proceed with.

 

Can I change my payment plan after I have set up my order and prior to paying it off?

You may be able to change your payment plan, but you will need to do so directly with the payment option provider you chose at the time of order placement. You cannot change your payment plan via the Buytodaypaylater service.

 

Can I change the items on my order after I have submitted my order?

No, If you wish to change your order you need to cancel your current order(refer to the cancellation policy for that) and place a new order.

 

How long after my order is placed are my items shipped?

Buytodaypaylater usually dispenses an order within 24 hours of order placement and payment confirmation.

But for some specific items, it usually takes 7-10 business days if their stock is not available in the inventory. The 'In Stock ' status on our website can mean the stock is either in our warehouse or with our suppliers.

 

How do I know when my item is on its way?

Once your items have been dispatched you will receive an email from us with tracking information.

Your goods must be delivered to the delivery address as shown on your initial order. We send your order via Australian Post or Sendle.

 

 Do you Price Match with other online retailers in Australia?

We will look at Price Matching if you find an item advertised for less on another interest-free online-only store.  Please let us know if this occurs and we will see what best we can offer you. But as we provide free delivery across Australia you will see that our final price will always be better than most of the online retail stores.

 

Do your items come with a Warranty?

All our items come with the same warranty that suppliers or other retailers offer.  Warranty information is usually displayed with item information.

 

What if I get an item that is faulty?

If you receive an item and it is faulty please contact our Customer Service team and we will endeavor to guide you on how to get it exchanged via the brand itself as the Warranty is provided by the brands.

 

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you must request this in writing via an email sent to info@buytodaypaylater.com.au.

Please note that we will charge a minimum 5% cancellation fee on any canceled order to cover our costs of handling the original order, handling the cancellation of the order, and clearing any stock that has been supplier ordered for your custom order.
